It´s about a white vermouth which is elaborated with natural cider and it´s a product which is not filtered in order to maintain the essence of the natural cider. This vermouth was born of the memories of those times when Emilio Trabanco added (secretly) a stream of cider to the vermouth in order to make it more tasty. Inspired in this memory, for its elaboration we combine white wines, cider and a great variety of botanics (wormwood, dictamo, absinth, gentian, boldo, cinnamon, anise, star anise, coriander and vanilla) and fruits (cherry, orange peel and lemon). The final product stays stored for 30 days to favorize the conjunction of aromas and tastes. PERFECT SERVE Wide glass, low Capri model, a solid Premium ice stone, 10 cl of Alma de Trabanco vermouth and a sheet of green apple skin. The ideal temperature for consumption is 8 degrees.
